This really is one of the better remakes I've played.
I also really liked how they added an alternate ending to the second playthrough that gives people a better idea of what happens between the 1st and 2nd games originally. All the story beats are the same as last time but there's a lot of added context for multiple side characters that wasn't in the original game. Giving Isaac Clarke a voice really made him standout much more then in the original and bringing back his voice actor from Dead Space 2 and 3 from back in the day was a nice touch.
